Jill Foster is Carried Away With Jill
Originally from California, she is now based in north-east Texas. Having learned how to sew early on, it was in 2011, at the suggestion of a fabric store owner, that she began to make tote bags for friends. That hobby grew into a passion and she has been hand-crafting bags and assorted other craft items ever since.
